A warm, welcoming nursery for children aged 2 to 5 in the heart of the Hertfordshire countryside.
We are a friendly village nursery located in the village of Whitwell, in the parish of St Paul’s Walden, near Hitchin. The children attending come from Whitwell, other surrounding villages and hamlets and the towns of Hitchin and Luton. From here the children go to a variety of schools in the area.
It is a private, community-run nursery, open 5 days a week and based in our own self-contained premises adjoining St Paul’s Walden Primary School. We are lucky enough to be able to use the school hall, playing field and garden areas for some of our activities, and enjoy well-established links with the children and staff of the school.
