15 hours per week flexible government funding is available for all 3 and 4 years olds.

Children are eligible for Nursery Education Funding the term after their 3rd birthday. These children qualify for 15 hours of free entitlement over 38 weeks in the year (term time only).
You can spread your child's 15 free hours over any number of days (available sessions permitting) and can include lunch clubs and/or afternoon sessions.

Additionally, we are able to offer families in receipt of certain benefits and tax credits, the Two-Year-Old Free Place Scheme (other criteria also apply.)

Recently the Government has introduced up to 30 hours free childcare. To find out if you are eligible, please visit the Government Gateway website.

Childcare Vouchers
We are able to accept payment through childcare vouchers, which some employers issue to their employees in part payment of their salary to provide childcare payment exempt of Tax and National Insurance. You will need to confirm with your employer whether these are available to you and, if so, your employer will provide you with the information that you need. We currently accept Edenred, Kiddi Vouchers, Care 4, Computer Voucher Services and Sodexo vouchers but we are happy to register with any other company as necessary.

We also accept children who are eligible for the 2 year old funding. Please speak to  our Manager or Sarah Shelbourne our Administrator for more information on how to apply for this.

Some of you have expressed an interest in purchasing a Nursery uniform for your child. We have obtained a quote and samples of both T Shirts and Hoodies in Turquoise and Pink, these will be embroidered with the Nursery logo (as seen on the staff uniforms).
The T Shirts (100% cotton) will be available at £5.50 each in size 3-4yrs/ 5-6yrs. Hoodies (80% cotton, 20% polyester) at £10.95 each in sizes 1-2yrs (this comes up quite big!), 2-3yrs, 3-4yrs and 5-6yrs. Samples will be available for you to view in the Nursery foyer.
There is no obligation for your child to wear the uniform at Nursery, but child uniform has been popular in the past and contributes to the children’s sense of belonging to the setting (as well as saving expensive clothes from getting messy at Nursery!)
The option of a book bag is also there, which staff use to put the record book in and other correspondance, and artwork of course!

Please speak to Zoe Linforth if you would be interested in ordering any of this clothing for your child.
